The rooms had a distinct smell of mold and about half the wallpaper had dark splotches underneath which were clearly water intrusion promoting mold growth. The location was good and the checkin process was fine (a bit cumbersome), but the dankness of the room especially on first entry was bad.

Urine Smell Filled up Room

The bathroom smells like urine the entire stay, and it was disgusting. It does not seem like they clean the rooms in between occupants.

The bed was not comfortable at all

The bed wasn't comfortable at all. There was no padding on the mattress. I felt the bed's spring. The room was really small.

Noise sounding like a metronome sounded all the time - hard to sleep with that. Could feel springs in mattress. Air/heater came on in the middle of the night frequently. Although set heat on, big cold air blew on me in bed during the night. Area quite dark at night, worrisome to walk alone without safety concern. No staff - all self service.

　対応は親切で良かったですが、無人フロントなので入館するのに時間がかかりやっと入れた感じです。室内も清潔でベッドも大きくて過ごしやすかったです。また利用したいと思いました。 ありがとうございました。

入る時にちょっと慣れなくて戸惑いましたが、必要最低限なものが揃っていて良かったです。ただ出入り口すぐ横にいざとなれば誰でも吸える喫煙スペースがあり無人ホテルなので、ちょっと出入りする時に怖さを感じました。もう少し出入り口に近くでないところに喫煙スペースはあるほうが良いと思いました。結構出入りする時に吸っている人がいる率が高かったので治安悪く感じたところが残念でした。

タブレットで繋ぐ無人フロントタイプは初めてでしたが問題なくチェックインできました。 鍵は暗証番号で、清掃も入らないので自分の家みたいに気兼ねなく出入りでき、部屋も広くて綺麗で快適でした。

セキュリティは安全で、無人受付は若者には容易に受け入れられると思います。コメントにより、清掃が不十分なのかと不安でしたが、清潔な状態で良かったです。少しマンガがあるのも良かったです。 バス停も近く、このコスパなので大丈夫です。

エアコンのフィルターがなぜかはみ出た状態で取り付けてあり、埃がすごかったです。ベッドのフレームの隙間も埃まみれで、埃吸って寝てるんだろうなと思いました。料金も格安なので目を瞑らないといけないところもあると思うんでしょうが、ホテルである以上清掃面は少し頑張った方が良いんじゃないでしょうか？他の方も口コミで指摘されてる内容なので、良い加減改善した方がいいと思います。

施設周辺の道路が狭く、一方通行もあったりと、車での利用はナビでの確認が必要。駐車場は近隣の施設を紹介していただいたので見つけやすかった。駐車料金も街中と比べると安かった。 宿泊した部屋のベッド(枕側)の真上にエアコンがあり、転落した場合、かなり危険だと感じた。
