Hotel provides basic service and the room is tiny. Mine is a double room but there was no space for another suitcase. I stayed for 5 days and people may stay for their breakfast but honestly no one will eat the same thing everyday so I woukd say the breakfast is not important at all. Location is good but you can find plenty of hotels nearby. Room is clean, staff is about average.

Stayed just for one night with my family and it was comfortable. Would have been better if there were more space to open up our luggage, but besides that I thought that the room was kept very clean. The A/C worked well and hot water came out fine. There were a lot of service, like free welcome drink on arrival and smoothies in the morning, which would have nice if we had the time to download and sign up on the app.

The most uncomfortable room I stayed at in whole of Japan. No nightstands, the reading light had a broken goose neck and was flashing. The mattress was very hard. The nighlight by the bathroom was ridiculously bright and would occasionally start to flash, I had to tape it. No extra amenities provided such as skin care/haircare like in all the other japanese hotels. The breakfast is not included in the already high price of the room. The only two pros are the very friendly and helpful staff and the location.

Service: Some employees were more helpful than others. Multi-cultural staff makes it interesting in some cases, so make sure the front desk staff understands all your special needs. Massage Service offered for a fee. Food: salad bar, drink bar, pizza oven, smoothies, and soft serve ice cream. It's more of Brunch than breakfast, but the food was always good regardless Room: Clean, .not too crowded, local TV stations with video on demand choices. There was a miscommunication about the room cleaning schedule, but it was fixed(See Service) Location: 10 min walk to Canal City, 5min walk to TianjinMinami subway exit 6, ~25min walk to Hakata JR station. 2min walk to bus stop. Almost quite literally in the middle all everything. Summary: A good starting off point for exploring the city. The room is sufficient for sleeping, but better options are out there if you enjoy lounging in your hotel room. The Staff is helpful and the food is good.
