Great stay in Fukuoka

Getting to the apartment initally was a bit of a trek. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station but only 6 minutes to the bus. It was a great place away from the main city to explore and enjoy fukuoka. Walking distance to Ohori park, paypay stadium, and teamlab forest with more than a few covenience stores and small grocery stores nearby. The apartment was on the 3rd floor in a quiet neighborhood. It was adjacent to a school and that could create some noise but it was infrequent and only during the day. The apartment had lots of features that seemed new and the bed was comfortable with extra pillows and sheets if needed. The couch was also comfortable and the unit cpuld have easily slept a small group. There was a working kitchen but maybe not everytning to enjoy it such as a knife and cutting board but the microwave and kettle were plenty for our travel needs.

The room was small and you couldn’t cook. They turned off the stove so you can’t heat up food but you have a fridge so it’s a plus I guess. Trying to check in was confusing but eventually you’ll figure it out. Contacting the owner was difficult.

Very nice for the price. Its a bit close to What airbib is, but the whole apartment is dedicated to it. No fancy service desk and amenities. But it does come with all the necessities like, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine (with detergents) and ofcourse shampoo as well. For the price, its a great hotel, and if i ever have chance to come back to Fukuoka, i will definitely be back here again.

The instructions we received for check in was wrong. There were people who came before us on a phone with the property managing company since they were have the same issue as us. It took a long time to check in and we had to run to the event we wanted to attend. The check in procedure must be modified.

Check in required contacting hotels.com to speak to the host as they failed to provide reference number to allow self check in., and were not responding to messages. The apartment was filthy, covered in hairs, dust, muck, dirty tissues, residue on the kitchen cupboard doors, dirty sinks, streaky mirrors etc. This was literally a bed for the night as we had the ferry to catch the following day. In any other scenario we’d have left immediately. We’d strongly advise against booking this place. The only saving grace, which is nothing to do with the accommodate was our visit to the nearby Beer and Burger place: Far Yeast. The best burger we’ve ever had.

I could not even check in and had to find a different hotel at 10 pm. They said they would send check in instructions that would have a QR code, but that never happened. The reservation numbers I did receive were all denied by the check in system. I called the hotels contact number 3 times for it to never be picked up. I messaged the hotel and 3 days later still no response. I found a different hotel and contacted Expedia about all this and they also weren’t able to get ahold of the hotel.

部屋、お風呂は綺麗でした！ 困ったと言うほどでは無いですが ①壁が薄くて周りの音がよく聞こえる ②テレビがないから淋しい ③備え付けのコップなどが、汚いわけではないですが少し衛生的に気になるので、紙コップ等にすると安心 くらいで、快適に使用させて頂きました。 ありがとうございます。

部屋の清掃については、他のアパートメントホテルと大差ない感じで、細部まで行き届いていません。ソファの下やベットの下は埃や髪の毛が、まぁまぁの量あります。 フローリング用のクイックルワイパーがあり自分で掃除すれば良いだけなので、個人的には気になりません。掃除機があると尚良しかな。 食器はありますが汚いです。スポンジありますが、そのスポンジも新しいものではなく、汚れたものなので、それを使って洗った食器を使う気にはなれず、紙コップなどを買ってきて使用しました。 あと、トイレットペーパーは1つしかなかったのと、タオルはバスタオルが1枚✖️人数分しかなかったのは残念な点です。 浴室乾燥機があるのは便利でした。 チェックインについては、メールが送られてくるので予め、登録しておくとスムーズでした。

こちらの口コミを見て、チェックインがうまくできるか心配でしたが、何とか15分ほどで部屋に 入ることができました。 完全に無人で タブレットに色々と情報を入力しなければならず、 タブレットの操作に不慣れなので時間がかかりました。 ホテルズドットコムのアプリ内のメールに 建物 の入り口の扉の ロック解除の仕方は届いていたので すぐ入れましたが、部屋番号とエントランスの壁につけられた キーボックスの解除暗証番号は タブレットに色々と入力し終えると最後にQR コード が出てきて、それを携帯で読み込むと分かる仕組みでした。 夕方 着いたので チェックインをしている15分間で すごく たくさん蚊に刺されました。今の時期は虫除けスプレーが必要でした。 レンタカー(TOYOTA、ヤリス） に乗せた荷物を 降ろすために建物の前まで行きましたが 道がとても 狭く 袋小路になっていたので 方向転換が大変でした。 近くに有料のパーキングが何件かあり、とても安かったので良かったです。 また 洗濯機と浴室乾燥があり そちらも助かりました。

無人のチェックインは初めてで手間取りました。部屋の鍵の場所がタブレットの後ろにあるのが分からず2度目の電話はアナウンスに変わって問い合わせ出来ず焦りました。部屋は多少のゴミが落ちていたくらいでまあまあでしたが、玄関前が非常に汚くて入り口は最初に目に入るところなのでもう少し綺麗にしてもらうと安心します。でも、PayPayドームからは歩いて行ける距離で普通のホテルより安いのは助かりました。

予約確認書に住所の詳細がなく、Googleで調べた。 チェックイン、アウトの仕方が不明瞭 更にタブレットチェックイン登録に時間がかかり不便 チェックイン時、シンクにゴミが残ったまま 3週間の滞在だったが、ほうきや掃除機などの貸出しがなく自分で購入 キッチンは包丁はなくコップもプラスチック製で長期には不向き ゴミはドアの前に出す様言われるもカラスに荒らされる始末

两間酒店都是無人接待的，每間都住三天，都沒人打掃的，其實也不打緊，但要放一個小吸塵機或小拖把會好些，我們三人住，第二天晚上地上已滿是頭髮塵埃等，也只能用紙巾清潔，不小心倒瀉水在地上也只能用紙巾抹乾 ，非常麻煩，第二間好一點因為它是地氈看不到，但…… 除此之外其他都不錯

放垃圾的箱應該佩置蓋。 從房間出陽台曬衣服有點困難。 單位大門可安裝shutter以防門很快就關上。每次幾人外出穿著鞋時，都要找一人固定門開，尤其門口出入位置都很陝窄。
