"Security staff lovely lovely humans - desk staff need to find other jobs because this one does not suit them. Sorry if you didn't like me wanting you to do your job and check me in before you finished the game on your phone. Apologies for disturbing your phone conversation about the women you shagged. Place is being refurbished but no excuse for dirty hallways and lobby area. Think they need to update the staff at the front desk when they update the rooms."

"Great hotel and great location...room temperature fantastic winter or summer we stayed several times and will definitely return...however...few things to point out....breakfast service has slowed down and you have to wait for food or cleaning tables...milk on the floor etc...we had to ask for towels for 3 people were given only for 2 despite staying in room for 3 and same thing happened in the past....cards from room constantly not working despite us avoiding contact with any electronics such as mobile phones etc...there was a giant wet stain on the floor near bathroom stayed wet for 2 nights did not smell or anything and looked clean but still wasn't great...such a shame as all is down to service and that is sadly not improving rather the opposite"

"We stayed in Premier Inns as much as possible during our time in the UK. There was much consitencey between the three we stayed. Every employee we talked with at Fulham was helpful and went beyond thei duty ro accomodate us. My only frustration was the distance to the Tube but that just gave opporutnity for more walking in London."
