"Probleme beim Einchecken. Die verantwortliche Person glaubte der Buchung über ebockers nicht. Wir mussten nochmals direkt bezahlen. Beim Ausckecken gab es ziemliche Diskussionen. Wir hatten ja doppelt bezahlt. Schlussendlich wurde uns der überzählige Betrag bar zurückerstattet. Generell war das Personal Desinteresse t und sehr unaufmerksam. Beispiel Bruchstück: Wir mussten dem Herrn alles mühsam sagen. Teller fehlen, Gläser fehlen, Orangenjus fehlt, nur noch 1 Gipfels vor Ort, dürfen wir noch...

"Recht einfache Ankunft und Check-in per WhatsApp. Zimmer ohne Fenster zum öffnen. Einzige Möglichkeit der Lüftung per Tür. Außenanlage mit Ameisen übersäht. Pool wird wohl gereinigt dennoch viele lebende Spinnen und Insekten in ihm. Ebenfalls wohnt dort auch ein Frosch. Auf Rückfragen wird eingegangen aber nur abweisend. "

"What an extraordinary property. This beautiful and ancient stone house in the mountains is brimming with character. The rooms are beautiful and quirky in the very best of ways. The views are dramatic and exquisite. The owners are lovely people and made us very welcome. Breakfast was a feast of lovely pastries, bread, preserves and muesli type cereals. I cannot recommend this place enough and I'm sure that we will come back here again. "
