"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

I said something to the lady and said if I could stand the smell she would switch my room but I didn’t want to bother her .ITS NOT HER FAULT.. "Our stay was just a bit odd from the moment we arrived. First, when you enter the foyer, there are no directions as to where to go or what to do. To be fair, I realized later that the owners were messaging us through here, but still, we didn’t know if we should “help ourselves up the stairs” or not. "My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not.
