"We only stayed one night because of the price but we had a nice, pleasant stay. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The staff was professional and welcoming. The room was authentic and clean with tatami beds (comfortable), I also enjoyed the Japanese breakfast and the public bath ( I was the only one there). I recommend this place if the buget permits."

"My husband and I stayed here for four nights from May 10 to 14 and it was truly a wonderful ryokan experience. The property was beautiful. The reception area was like a zen garden and it provided a calm and peaceful place to sit and enjoy the daily drinks (including coffee) and snacks provided. "チェックインの時刻より1時間早く到着しましたがラウンジで待たせてもらえて早めに案内してくれました。 大浴場も混雑無くゆったりできました。 掛け流しの客室露天風呂も広さ、湯加減共に申し分無しです。 食事も苦手な食材にはメニューを変更してくれました。 また来たいと思います。 お勧めであります。"

"今回は琵琶湖ウォーキングをするために雄山荘に宿泊させていただきました。 まず、荷物運びでてこずっていたところスタッフさんが走って来てくれ助けてくれました。 洗面台が水漏れしていることを伝えると即対応してくださいました。夕食も苦手なものを伝えると、それも対応してくださいました。盛り付けが綺麗で、目でも楽しませてくれました。 温泉が最高！星を見ながら露天風呂にはいることができて、スタッフさんや食事、温泉の温かさ全てを含めて体も心も癒されました。ありがとうございました、！"
