"The staff were so friendly. My mom and I were on a road trip with two toddlers and a 6 year old. "During our 7 night stay, we had to change rooms 2 times. Our first room flooded during an overnight rainfall. Our second room had lots of mildew on the ceiling over the bed. Our third did not have any problems. The hotel staff was very accommodating throughout our stay. Our housekeeper, Martha, was wonderful!"

"Worst Hotel Experience I've Ever Had
We stayed here the night before a World Cup match, paying $250/night, and it was by far the worst hotel experience of my life.
The room itself was in terrible condition: a broken chair, visible mold/mildew in the shower, and towels that were stained and full of holes.
The service was even worse. Getting the shuttle from the airport required calling ahead, and the front desk staff gave unclear instructions and then made us wait 20 minutes outside once we...

"I had a terrible experience staying at the Red Lion in Kansas City. The hotel was dirty from the moment I walked in. The hallways had a strong unpleasant smell, and the room was not clean at all. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing and nothing like I expected. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but this property failed in that regard. I would not recommend staying here...

"When I first got there, I was checked in by the rudest front desk clerk who is terrible had an absolutely terrible attitude didn’t offer me bottled water. Nothing truly just a piss poor attitude and then I got to the room and the room was absolutely dirty again dirty handprints all over the bathroom. The front door to the room was so dirty. There was literally dirt dripping down the back of the door in the room. Very very disappointing. Stay."
