"My husband and I had a studio with king bed. There was also piece of furniture I can only describe as a lounge bed. It was upholstered in fabric and very dirt. In the bathroom under one of the built in shelves in the shower, there was a substantial amount of black mold. This place needs a deep clean."

"Hotel was decent for the price we booked it at which was $70 per night. I wasn’t necessarily impressed with the hotel but the staff were nice and helpful. It looks like the hotel wants to be modern but is yet still old. And when we arrived in our room the sheets were dirty as well as the towels we had to ask for new ones. Late checkout was aloud which was helpful."

"The staff was wonderful. Mia at the front desk found my wallet in the lobby and tracked me down to get it back to me. I didn't even know I had lost it. She could have easily put it behind the desk and waited for someone to ask about it. She should definitely get a pat on the back. My room was very nice and clean. I really like the hygiene products you provide. After my last trip to Detroit I was pleased with a hotel that is clean, safe, and quiet. Thank you."

"Great property for the price. Clean, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff provided quick, easy checkin and checkout. I liked the fitness room - good equipment, clean, well-maintained. Breakfast choices were limited. Only coffee, tea, and two kinds of muffins."

"Their office closes at 7pm, when I arrived at 7:30pm, the door was locked and I was unable to check in. This fact was buried in the fine print. I called the emergency number posted on the door, and no one answered. I had to find a pay for another hotel. Worst, most stressful experience I have ever had with a hotel. I should get my money back."

"I really wish hotel property managers would do a better job with auditing and touring hotel properties. This hotel has went down so badly over the years and has gotten progressively worse! Just a tip for the managers - it would be ideal to find an industrial cleaning supply company to help get the proper cleaning equipment and products to ensure the rooms are CLEAN. "Hotel has been recently remodeled. I like that there is no carpet in the room. The room darkening blind works very well. It is quiet. The shower is fantastic. The room is small with a small refrigerator & no closet but there is a small area to hang your clothes. I would say ideal for a quick overnight stay but not for an extended period of time. The only problem we encountered was the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We didn’t discover it until late at night so we’re not able to report it...
