"I give this hotel 4 stars because the first night our window faced the parking lot and our door was next to staff entrance.
We got moved to another room in 2nd floor, and no complaints, all beautiful even the decor was nicer than previous room. The staff was extremely helpful, they make our stay very comfortable but the first night was rough .
Definitely, you need a car if you are staying at this hotel."

"The worst ant infestation I have ever seen, hotel or no. Not just in corners but the entire floor. Ants were everywhere. I had my dog with me, tried to feed her, and within 5 minutes the bowl was so overflowing with ants I couldn't even see the food.
I bought ant spray and hosed down the doors, corners and other areas, which seemed to fix the issue. But still, absolutely disgusting."
