"The hotel was in a convenient location within walking distance to many attractions (20 minutes to Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, & the Colosseum) restaurants, and the train station (5 minutes). The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants are very friendly and helpful. The only glitch we had was when we arrived at the airport, the transfer we booked through the hotel was not there. After calling the hotel, the driver arrived about 45 minutes later. I would suggest booking through a ride share or private car service. The amenities at the hotel are convenient. We ate at the breakfast buffet every morning and had dinner at the rooftop restaurant one night. Both places were clean and the food selections were good and reasonably priced. The buffet had a big selection of pastries, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, potatoes, meats, rice, salad, juice, coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and eggs to order. One morning we had to catch an early train, so the staff put together a “to go” breakfast for us. It contained juice, muffins, fruit, and many more breakfast items. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. We had a balcony room, and it was nice to sit out there in the evening after a day of exploring the city. I would absolutely recommend this hotel when staying in Rome."

"The property closed to the Roma Termini and friendly staffs. But the WiFi signal was very weak and it never work. Check with the receptionist and they supposed to send a technician to checked it out, but the technician never came. I unable to booked my train ticked and check in for my flight. It was very disappointing."

"This is a unique place to stay, well positioned between the main station, with ease of access to the airport, and the centre of the city and its attractions. It is almost like staying in your own Roman apartment, but with the help of a virtual reception (that becomes real in the mornings!). Our air conditioned room was clean and spacious, access via the keypads was flawless, and the extras (coffee machine, ease of leaving luggage on day of departure) eased our stay. There's a supermarket just downstairs if you wanted a little extra in the ways of food and drink and it is easy walking distances to countless excellent restaurants and bars. You are close to Metro or bus routes for going a little further afield. It is a great base for your Roman explorations."

"We chose a loft room and were allocated room 419 - it had a narrow, wraparound balcony, despite this not really being advertised, it was such a lovely bonus. The location is on a relatively busy street so there is some street noise, but moreso in the daytime than late at night. We interacted minimally tbh with staff there, but any interaction was really friendly and helpful."
