"We had a great stay, all the staff were very polite and attentive, answered all our questions about the area and also very informative about the food and wines they were serving, we were very pleasantly with the service the location and the condition of the hotel, unfortunately we were not there long enough to sample the spa but did get a tour from the young lady at the spas reception who explained everything. A wonderful experience cant fault it."

"마테라에 도착했을 때부터 정말 따뜻하게 맞아준 호텔이었습니다. 리셉션에서 친절하게 호텔 내부를 안내해주셨고, 특히 가장 전망이 좋은 곳을 먼저 보여주셨을 때 이미 이 호텔이 마음에 들기 시작했습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 따뜻하며 청결했고, 위치 역시 시내와 주요 관광지까지 금방 걸어갈 수 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 가장 인상적이었던 점은 아침 식사를 야외에서 할 수 있었다는 것입니다. 맛있는 아침을 먹으며 아름다운 마테라의 풍경을 바로 눈앞에서 감상할 수 있다는 것은 정말 큰 행운이었고 잊을 수 없는 경험이었습니다. 마테라에 있는 숙박시설 중 최고의 시설이라고 자신 있게 말할 수 있어요. 그리고 가장 감사했던 부분은, 체크아웃 후 제가 자켓을 호텔에 두고 떠났다는 사실을 밤이 되어서야 알게 되었을 때입니다. 저는 이미 나폴리에 있었기 때문에 다시 가지러 갈 수 없었는데, 호텔 측에서 저 대신 로마의 다음 숙소로 택배 발송을 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 뿐만 아니라 자켓을...

"Liked the convenience and location. Room nicely cleaned and serviced. Staff excellent, especially Luigi at Reception who helped us. Breakfast was acceptable but we really appreciated the provision of yoghurt and boiled eggs. No laundry in the neighborhood other than the super expensive hotel service."
