However, the factor that remained memorable from our stay was the concierge Salemah. She was outstanding. Like the very best concierges around the world, her brand of anticipatory and proactive service delivered in a warm, friendly, guest-focused way distinguished herself and the Four Seasons. She did not wait to be asked for help - she sought out how she could find solutions to an issue we were having (an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and that she had no obligation to assist with) and leveraged her capabilities to find ways to help us. She was a credit to herself and to the brand. "

"If you were debating between this hotel and the Mena across the street, do not hesitate and book this one not only is it a quarter of the price everyone there is super helpful and you can just walk over to the Mena. "I stayed with family for few days and loved the place. Beautiful and best pyramids view from the roof top. They have suits on the roof top that you can see the pyramids while in your suite. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in suite while looking at the pyramids. Very helpful staff to advise you on your plans. The owner stayed at the premises most of the time and very friendly with everyone. Thanks for the hospitality!!!"
