"Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend."

"This a lovely hotel with a sky high atrium. The beds are very comfortable. The room was quite small and the bathroom small with a weak shower head but it’s all newly renovated. It’s quiet and right in downtown Bethesda next to the metro with theater and restaurants in walking distance"

"The A/C did not work in our room, after almost 2 hours, they moved us to a new room, which was ice cold, better flooring, better tv, and within the time it took us to unpack(again) after having unpacked and packed back up to move, they told us that the room we were in was already taken. So we had to pack up and move AGAIN! And the desk manager just walked up and SNATCHED the room key out of my wife’s hand when she was down there returning the keys from our first room. She didn’t say anything but...

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is...

"This hotel is wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful about kind. Dion was AMAZING!! Room is very clean. Only downfall, parking is valet only. Room service was nice as well..I felt very comfortable. I will definitely return."

"Unexpectedly comfortable bed and lots of soft pillows, which I prefer. Even tried to learn where the pillows came from so I could order some for us! We made use of the kitchenette and were grateful for it. Room and hallways were a bit musty smelling. The is a value for the area and much less expensive than hotels a mile down Wisconsin Ave toward Georgetown. Just as convenient for people needing to stay close to the Georgetown University hospital. Einstein Bagels opens at 6 am and is a short walk...

"The restaurant staff were very rude and lacked professionalism. Before we had even finished our meal, they came to our table and asked to take our plates away, which made us feel rushed. It seemed that they were more focused on completing their own tasks than on providing good customer service.
