"The hotel room had a noticeable urine odor as soon as we walked in. We also observed mold on the bathroom ceiling, which was concerning. The following day, we had to call the front desk twice to request new towels, and it took five hours for them to be delivered. While the hotel looked appealing in the photos, the reality was quite disappointing and misleading."

The surrounding area is safe and is surrounded by the Botanical Gardens, the Art Museum and a Natural History Museum, a University and is very close to the main campus of Cleveland Clinic."
