"Friendly staff"

"Big areas of black mould around the bathroom tiles, couple of holes that had been patched up, not good on the eye, towels only changed once on a three night stay and had to ask for toilet paper"

"Love the hotel. Every trip to Ireland we stay at a Clayton and love it. Clean, friendly staff as well as helpful. 10/10 recommend."

"Room was perfect and regularly cleaned with complimentary water which was very welcome. Breakfast was really good. Would have liked washcloths but some Irish hotels provide them; some don’t. Overall I was very pleased."

"We loved this hotel. Great neighborhood and everything was very new. E week stay here next time in Dublin. Loved it."

"Beautiful room, breakfast was excellent, liked location in nice convenient neighborhood. Walk to grand canal and upper Camden street were nice extra we wouldn’t have done if we had stayed closer to the centre of Dublin. The 16 bus took us door to door from the airport too! On a Sunday enjoyed the roast supper at their restaurant."

"The room was clean and charming. Staff not present but check in was easy. The only parking available is whatever can be found on the street. The bed was excellent-had a great sleep."

"Lovely Bar, staff were brilliant friendly and helpful. Great hotel service, great gym and very happy with our stay."

"Logement et personnel très sympathique"

"Off the beaten path a bit, older property but clean and comfortable although not super sound proof. It had parking and was easy to get to the airport from here and the price was right."

"My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the Waterloo during our recent visit to Dublin. Great location with easy access to transit, clean and quiet, great staff. Beautiful decor. Highly recommended."

"My family stayed in a large room on the 6th floor for three nights. The room was warm when we arrived and kept getting warmer. The staff was friendly enough and at our request, repeatedly tried to adjust the controls and make the room colder. There is no manual control available in the room, it must be done from the front office. Each time the room kept getting warmer and there was a different explanation why the adjustment hadn't worked. After sweating through the second night and very little...
