"This is my second time at the property in the last month and this stay was vastly different than the first. I booked the same type of room both times and this time the room had no stove eyes, and I planned my groceries around having them to cook on. It also seemed more outdated than the other room. Now on to the worst part of the trip-- the pools. The outdoor pool was DIRTY. I saw so many globs of hair, it was ridiculous. A used bandaid floating by, and then metal shards that actually stabbed...

"When arrived the front desk lady was on a personal call. The guy also working that was doing something else saw us in line and told her we were there. She gave us a room key. We walked to the room and the refrigerator had old food from another guest and a cup with lipstick on the desk. We asked for another room. The guy gave us a new room he was very kind about it. The second room the window didnt have a lock on it. Also the pool was not in use."

"The staff at the front desk were welcoming and kind. The hotel could stand a bit of cleaning and upkeep. The elevators constantly had standing water from pool and hot tub use and multiple times there was food in the elevators (random chicken nuggets and used drinks). The pool and hot tub had a great deal of chlorine and it was burning our eyes. The rooms are decent size and having a fridge and microwave is nice. The beds were firm…could stand to be updated. "First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "The motel was clearly built some time ago but has been considerably upgraded and was very nice. I didnt arrive until late at night, had a parking spot right in front of my room. The lady who was at the front desk was great - a problem with the key lock on my room was taken care of quickly. The room was very clean and quiet and I got a good night's sleep. I got an early morning wake up call right on time. I'd be happy to stay again - thanks."
