"The room temp was too hot and wouldnt cool down enough. The showers didn't get hot enough. The tv in the bedroom area wasnt working properly. My son cut his toe in the pool area. The beds were uncomfortable as well. The place was relatively clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee ran out and had to ask for more. "

"The biggest problem that ruined the stay was the mattress. The mattress was sunken in and prevented us from getting adequate sleep throughout our stay. The pillows were also very sparse/flat and difficult to use effectively. I don't believe the fan was working in the bathroom because after a shower there was condensation everywhere. "Upon checking in we were highly encouraged to sit through a presentation to join the Timeshare linked to the property. Breakfasts would be served for those who are interested, otherwise no breakfasts available on a daily basis. We did get a list of local restaurants that were close by and some with delivery options. We were given a map to the room and discovered we were in a Colonial King Guestroom. Being on a ground floor is ideal since we were traveling with a pet and had paid a pretty hefty...

"Our room has several random questionable spots on the curtian, wall in the bathroom, the bathtub was not clean at all with sand in it. we had to clean it ourselves before showering.
