"The facilities could have been explained to me when I arrived. I found some of the options only later on my trip. On an individual level the staff were polite and helpful. Please improve your taxi partner provision with a decent minimum standard. Although I knew it would be more expensive to book an airport shuttle through reception, I was t expecting a car with no air con, no car seats in the back and a dashboard with multiple warning lights. The driver was fine and I got to my flight, but not the best impression of the hotel in an otherwise enjoyable stay. "

"It was our second stay at this amazing hotel. It’s a spectacular location with views across the mountains and vineyards. Lovely room with some really nice touches (e.g. free bottle of their wine). The owners and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Overall, an outstanding place to stay. We plan to come back."

"After a warm and happy late check in, I wondered to my room to find a disaster unfold. As it was late at night I had no opportunity to leave as the staff leave at 1030pm Many windows have been left open and there were a number of mosquitoes in the room The towel rail fell off the wall as soon as I lifted a towel. Then I informed my towel to find dark stains all over it. There was blood over a number of pillows and sheets. The floor had not been cleaned properly and my feet were filthy within five minutes of having a shower. About 7 long hairs over the duvet and the sheets of the double bed. On a positive note, the room was very quiet and the shower powerful. The staff were all very nice. The hotel replaced the dirty towels and gave me some mosquito spray. I could not want to stay here again."
