"This hotel is ideally located adjacent to the JR rail station and near Kansai Airport. There is a shopping plaza with food options right next door. The room was as promised but the view was spectacular! We could see the airplane taking off and landing at Kansai! Only disappointment was the free airport shuttle only runs until 8:55am and our flight was at 2pm. "

"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit Universal Studios but a little out of the way from the rest of Osaka. The station right in front of the hotel was very convenient but still took some time to get to other parts of the city. A short walk to a free ferry takes you right to the aquarium. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food and variety, and I'm sure the dinner buffet is excellent as well. Definitely recommend!"

"It's like a whole apartment to you and your party the best hotel I ever stayed out. They have their own laundry machine and gave detergent. They had extra blankets, pillow, amenities, They had utensils and everything. Everything is amazing. Your personal space. Only thing was confusing is check in. There's also no front desk. Overall it's amazing."
