"We reserved two rooms. One had water all over the bathroom mirror and spots of black mold around the bathroom mirror and walls. I told the front desk and they moved me immediately. The other room had what appeared to be blood and feces between the mirror and sink and on the grab bar in the bathroom. The manager said he initiated a 20% refund through Expedia. I called Expedia and they told me they knew nothing about it and did not have a refund for me. I called the property, left a message over...

"Property is excellent location. But it is bare bones, old and a bit musty. Street noise and sirens aplenty. Shuttle service and check in was very good."

"Very busy hotel, with pre/post cruisers. Good restaurant and bar area. The Hotel is not near any shops or amenities."

"Perfect for just a room, but don’t expect any amenities such as ice machine, refrigerator, or microwave. The location is incorrect and in a dangerous zone of the city (9th and mesa) and there’s no designated parking space. Overall I had a decent experience but I wouldn’t come back unless I desperately need a cheap room. P.S., the motel is also inaccessible for people with disabilities so be wary of that."

I guess the only thing that didn’t work quite well was the limousine service (that would’ve been free) but the electrical vehicle was being charged as we had arrived a little late to the hotel (at 8pm). We also got a free breakfast, but it wasn’t quite communicated as to what kind of breakfast it was."

One thing that really bothered me was the service during breakfast. While we were eating, a waitress came over and told us that the buffet would be closing in ten minutes. However, she said, “Hey, we are closing the buffet in ten minutes.” I felt this was far too casual and unprofessional for guests dining...

"I booked a solo birthday getaway stay here in late May, and glad I did. It was my 4th stay since 2021 and I have yet to be disappointed. The high ceilings made my room feel more spacious. It has clean and contemporary decor, well maintained overall, and no parking fee! Parking is gated as well so it felt secure as a solo female traveler. It’s probably my 4th time staying here since 2021 and it probably won’t be my last."
