"Front desk staff was friendly. Other staff could not find a luggage cart so we could bring our luggage in. The bed was very hard. I was surprised by this. I usually enjoy this hotel chain, but the building itself was very dated and showing it’s age."

"The staff were super helpful. Even when I had complained about cigarette smoke. The room was clean. I know the furniture is old and rundown but I didn’t see anything that alarming."

"Read reviews and was hesitant but still made reservation. Checked in on a Friday and left Monday . Didn’t have problems super nice only thing could use more towels we only got two big and two small . Air conditioning worked but was a bit dirty , walls were not dirty but had scuff marks we went to the warped tour festival Saturday and came back and I guess room service showed up and we didn’t ask for it . We double checked and all our stuff was still there thank goodness . Could use some warmer...

"Great little hotel. Not a very big facility, but very clean and spacious. Great place to stay for a night or two. My only complaint is the comfort of the beds. The mattresses could definitely use some upgrading to a more comfortable mattress. Other than that, no complaints."

"Staff was not welcoming on arrival. And when we were out of our room for the day, the people who came in to clean our room left our room door open and unlocked. We’re lucky nothing was stolen. The bathroom was beautiful, but would not stay here again"

"The property is rich with history and amazing views! I loved how freely my son and I were able to explore the ship. Being able to sleep on a 1936 cruise ship with the port hatches open to a fantastic view is unforgetable. Truly an amazing and fun experience!"
