"We like the how historical it was"

"LOVE the Historic Grand Canyon Hotel! We want to go back to the area JUST to stay here. Like coming home; warm welcome, nice breakfast, nice toiletries in the shower, clean, and quiet. It is an old building (hence "historic") but so well maintained and cleaned. The bed was super comfy, slept so well. The Innkeepers and staff felt like family by the time we left. Like staying at an expensive Bed and Breakfast without the "expensive" part :-) Thank you so much for a great stay!"

"Pictures of rooms are not true, the rooms are very small and they use keys which can be duplicated."

"The elevator was broken at least twice a day during our stay, guess it happens often. They have caution signs next to the elevator that never moved. Having a handicapped room in the 2nd floor not the greatest choice. The pool has been broken since November 2025! So you can’t use it! Was suggested that we go to the Aquatic Center ( which cost more ) but that was a nice place for the grandbaby."

"The property was recently renovated & it is beautiful! Linh at the front desk couldn't be any nicer! The staff that cleaned the rooms were outstanding! It was very enjoyable & we’ll definitely be back! Walkable to anywhere yown town"

"The staff was very nice and friendly. We were able to have our dog which made it nice. This hotel definitely needs to be updated and pool was closed which sucked since this was part of the reason we booked here. No refrigerator or microwave at this place. Needing a quick night stay it was nice."

"When I booked the room, I didn't know it was in such a bad area. We had a very expensive classic car with us and didn't feel comfortable staying there. Also, the exterior painting was terrible. I booked a room at another hotel and felt much safer."

"Office is a block up the street and not staffed 24/7. Sat tv went out on 2nd day and never came back on. The in the office said it was being worked on. Tv in the office was working though."
