"The room was clean, but the carpet could use a good deep cleaning. 🙂 Breakfast was great for my husband and daughter with eggs, sausage, hasbrowns, plus they had waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, erc. I would like a healthier option for prople like me (no animal food or sugars/gluten); I only ate an apple. We like the lemon water and coffee/tea station 24/7. Great parking. Location was good too. Within a short distance of down town. Safeway is one minute walk too."

"The elevator was broken. The hot tub heater was broken. It’s likely been broken for a while since the “sorry” note was taped to the desk and the tape was peeling. Even though it was the heater that was broken, they turned off the pump and filter for the hot tub so the water was disgusting. The pool and hot tub are divided by a wall the pool would splash in to the hot tub and the hot tub would overflow back into the pool. The 24 hour available coffee machine dispensed water for a few seconds...

"The staff was friendly and the hotel was convenient for travel (and close to a great diner). The beds were terribly noisy and the floor in the bathroom was sinking (which is probably why the shower was squeaky and felt super sketchy to step into)."

"This was one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend if you love spooky ghost history and beautiful Victorian decor like this place was such a vibe! We stayed in the Big Bertha which had a a small patio looking out to the mountains absolutely stunning. We will definitely de back thank you!"

"Cost-effective stop in Williams, AZ. This is an older property with mechanical door locks and analog AC. TVs didn't work (no cable connection). Stained bed sheets but otherwise clean."

"Place was clean, well lit, roomy, and quiet. There was even an actual little dog park that my fur kids loved! Right across street from Safeway/Starbucks and a block from all the downtown fun on Rte 66. Will definitely stay again!"
