We spent the first night, we went out the next day only to come back to beds made, trash NOT emptied, wine glasses still filled with last night soda, 2 fresh towels so we couldn’t take extra showers, and no hot water in the evening. In the morning I complained to the front counter staff, she said she would tell the manager and assured me it would be corrected. However, I booked in advance requesting a first floor suite because my son is in a wheelchair and my mother in law has a heart condition. I requested this because I know they do not have elevators at this hotel. So when I booked I request first floor and accessibility accommodations. I called two days prior to my stay and was told there is no way for them to guarantee a wheelchair accessible room on the first...

"Construction noise (sawing metal, hammering and general niose was disruptive but the hotel gave us a room upgrade and $50 voucher for patio bar & grill. At first they put us in a parking lot facing room which was unacceptable - after nicely asking for a pool facing room, the front desk agreed to change and waived additional fre. "

"Overall a great experince. Only a few cons from what i can see. 1. Parking is 27$ per night imo is price gouging. 2. Coffee tasted like Lysoll cleaner. 3. Tv really slow to respond to the remote to the point where it was unwatchable. Apart from those 3 points I enjoyed my stay"
