"An immaculate room with wonderful service. The only issue I had was a lack of an iron in the room, which was quickly solved by the lovely staff."

"The bed and the pillows were not the most comfortable and when sitting on the toilet it had to be done sideways which isn't comfortable. The service was really good, when we requested extra pillows and the fan they happily obliged and allowed us to keep our car parked at the hotel after we had checked out which was really helpful l "

"Hotel is close to a bus stop and buses take you to Stratford underground station and shopping mall. Hotel room was compact but had everything I needed as a solo traveller. Coffee and tea were available the whole day in the reception area. The breakfast was simple with all the basics like fried eggs, hash brown, sausages, bacon, beans, and cereal. It was enjoyable. The hotel staff was super friendly and I would definetly go back. "

"First and foremost…the staff…hands down the most kindest and welcoming! I forgot the name of the lady that helped us check-in, but she was so warm and bubbly it helped calm our nerves as we had a very chaotic day and were so ready to sleep! And Claire who we saw the next day, was so caring I had not brought sanitary pads with me on my trip and it was kind of her that she lent me her own! A few days later there was a gentleman at the reception who was very patient with answering the many question my family and I had during our stay. Overall lovely staff! We didn’t not get to try the food at the hotel as my family and I were always out and about, so we don’t have much of a review on the food, however the prices were a little on the expensive side. Room with great wifi and soft beds and washrooms clean. Room service beautiful! One thing I would say that there was not much light in the room, as in more lamps or a ceiling light would have been nice as it felt a little gloomy at time with not much light. Overall, would definitely come again!!"
