"Wonderful helpful staff especially Anyah and Joshua at the front desk. Appreciated the evening reception in the Library. And the free shuttle to the airport, big plus for biz traveller on a budget! Comfortable and clean room, if somewhat overstuffed with furniture. Hallway air conditioning a bit chill for me but adjustable in the room. A very pleasant stay overall."

"The hotel was very nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby and rooms, all facilities were very clean. We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was delicious! Parking garage was very convenient."

"The only downside I would say would be the espresso machine in the hotel room instead of an actual coffee machine, and the park beside the hotel has a bit of possibly a drug/homelessness problem. Oftentimes we did not feel comfortable walking near it or outside but the abundance of staff around made it better."

"We arrived at about 6:00 to check in. Hotel was very busy and it was unclear where to park for check-in, but we figured it out. Upon entering the hotel, we went over to stand in line to check in. There was nothing to indicate where the line should form. After a while a lady yelled for everyone to move over so they could see us, causing those who had been in line for some time, to move to the back of the line. My check in person was very friendly and explained everything well. I was a bit disappointed to learn parking was across the street. There is parking attached to the hotel, but I'm not sure how that is requested or distributed. Our room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed that the beds were not made daily and that housekeeping did not remove trash and dishes from breakfast, but, they did bring fresh towels. The hotel is beautiful, but cleaning could be more thorough. I noticed ketchup splashed on a wall for days and the elevators were not vacuumed the entire weekend. The elevator walls also look like something had been splashed on them and not cleaned properly. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The 5:30 kickback is a nice perk with many options as well. We did not use the pool or other amenities as we had a busy weekend. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel as it is nice and comfortable. But, I would suggest that management address opportunities for improvement when it comes to housekeeping and directing arriving guests."

"Nice hotel, interesting decor and design. Nicely appointed rooms however the living room carpet needs cleaning. Coffee station had no cups. Red Bull can behind the couch. Handle to toilet door about to fall off. Glass cup in bathroom was missing. With all that being said we enjoyed the hotel, the restaurant food was excellent. Just spend some time cleaning the rooms and you have a winner. Simple fix. Good Hotel"
