"The staff at the Century Plaza are very helpful. The room was comfortable. We had an executive suite which included a small kitchenette, living room area, and single bedroom with king size bed. We slept well. Bath was spacious. An amenity is $30 voucher for breakfast. But breakfast is expensive and the menu is minimal. If you pass on housekeeping there's a form to fill out for $10 voucher for the coffee shop. The view of the north and east Vancouver is nice. The hotel is by a hospital so Ambulance sirens through the night and day. The worst thing is the elevators. There's 4 but only 2 work so you wait quite a bit of time. It was a good stay overall."

"We did get a room on short notice, but I expected paying for a “king suite” we would at least have a king sized bed. We were tucked in the very end of a hall and inside the room you couldn’t even close the bathroom door without straddling the toilet. I was disappointed. And no it was not a king sized bed. Pool was nice but very cold. Our first night was spent at a different hotel that was much cheaper and had a nice breakfast. I wouldn’t stay again."

"Location was great. Very walkable to anywhere downtown.They had earplugs at the desk.Very clean. Friendly staff. Never had to wait for the washroom. The only downside is noise depending on the location of your room. They have earplugs at the desk."

"We were on the Burrard road side and it was pretty loud. They have added in room air conditioners to the mobile kind ( needed now in the summer ) and I think that’s where most of the noise was coming from"
