"Little noisy at 3am..guests returning from a night out were not especially ‘quiet’!"

"Amenities in room great, large smart fridge with bottom freezer, microwave, stove top cooker, kettle, dishes,pots and pans. Very nice swimming pool with lounge chairs, full breakfast included but could use more vegetarian items eg veggie sausages and veggie bacon with the egg dishes. We will go again!"

"Our stay was excellent, very comfy bed, very clean room. The only minor complaint I have is the parking, which shouldn’t have been a surprise seeing where the hotel is located downtown Vancouver, but we really struggled to fit our small Colorado short box in their secure parking lot. The lower level height clearance is only 5’6” and the upper parking lot was very tight, no space to manoeuvre. Staff was really helpful with figuring out a solution so that we could park our truck. My suggestion if you’re bringing a truck, bring your patience for the 25 point parking job you’ll have to do lol. Would stay again!"

"Hotel is in a GREAT location with a dedicated parking garage (costs extra, per day). VERY CLEAN with a pleasant smell. The suites are snug, but the kitchenette has great accessories + an actual oven, and a large mini-fridge! The hot tub, pool & sauna are also great. The tub in the suite is oversized, and the shower has great water pressure. We only interacted with the staff at check in and check out, but they were friendly. The housekeeper was very good & quick on the one day we took our sign down for service. However, the elevator situation is awful- only 2/3 work, first of all. Both of which take a long time to arrive, usually causing lines of people waiting and packed full elevator rides. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds are not comfortable. For the cost, though, our family of 5 would absolutely stay again."
