"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in time. They stored our bags for us so we could go sight seeing and called us when our room was ready. Room was a great size and very clean. We loved having a kitchenette. Large varitey of options for breakfast and everything tasted great."

"The parking situation and location were great however the room and overall hotel were very dated. The first room we were assigned was 26.5C and the AC was broken, they ultimately reassigned our room to one that seemed to have previously been a smoking room (IYKYK). Personally would not stay here again. "

However I marked the total score down due to the sound proofing (important when hospital is next door), which was sub-optimal and also the shower that was hard to control and a bit weak."
