"We love the hotel. Amazing. We stayed in a room with pool. The staff, most of them looked mad. Food and drinks could be much better, a lot better. The experience booking restaurants was a challenge. Food always took to long to come the our table. We went to The Charro restaurant. Drinks took 30 min to got delivered to our table. Staff in The Theater were amazing. Really energetic, enthusiastic creating a enjoyable experience."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The rooms and balcony are huge and we received such a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival that we immediately felt at home. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from Punta Cana Airport, making our trip stress-free from the moment we landed. The amenities exceeded our expectations, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The pools, common areas, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. The food was truly spectacular, with a great variety of delicious options and outstanding service from the restaurant staff. What made our experience even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We felt valued as guests and appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation. We created beautiful memories here and are already looking forward to returning. This is definitely a place we will visit again in the future.”"

Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive

"Overall our stay was great at Ocean Coral Springs. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the dining situation. All the restaurants are only open a few hours, which to me doesn’t make sense for being an all inclusive resort. We got back to our resort around 4:30pm after being in an excursion all day and there was no where open to get food. It was super frustrating. The food was also okay, not super overwhelming"

"What I liked- Property & services were top notch. Staff was very friendly. Place was neat & inviting. What I did not like- The traveler’s club was a waste of precious time. While the program may make sense to some it did not for me. They need to work on strategies to make the program more transparent. It looked fishy all along. To sum it up, when we raised concern about time wasted & asked how much the program would cost, we were given the highest quote by the so called Manager only to discover later from another guest that there were various levels. Juan was very helpful with daily updates & dinner reservations."

"Well FIRST CHECK IN WAS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD…STAFF WAS NOT READY FOR AMOUNT OF PPL. CHECKING IN ON MAY 27 …..HAD TO REPEATILY ASK BOUT ROOM WHICH WAS CHANGE TO ACCOMMODATE MY WAIT TIME……OTHER THAN THAT ITS A NICE HOTEL….POOL CLOSES A LIL REALY ..6PM….WHY…REALLY DONT CARE 4 2 TWIN BEDS PULL TOGETHER.REATHER A KING BED……"
