"Room air conditioning was good. Breakfast selection was average. If planning for multi night stay, request daily room cleaning in advance, else expect no cleaning on a daily basis, as was the case with us. The bathroom had broken/ empty dispensers for soap and hair conditioner. Some of the front desk staff were not welcoming and had to call multiple times to get the room cleaned. Apparently the hotel was out of liquid for the empty dispensers which makes no sense. Wanted to extend check out...

"This was exactly what I needed at a much more reasonable price that competing offers. An older property, but clean, comfortable, friendly competent staff. I felt safe. The breakfast was in line with what I really need and with scrambled eggs was more that "continental" per se. I will stay there again if I have the need. top notch! I also did not have a large "security" deposit added on to my bill."

"Our stay was great! The room was nice, breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome. Our two year old isn’t real fond of water but the 1 1/2 foot pool was perfect for her. She enjoyed herself, practiced swimming, played with a few pool toys. It was great! The complimentary popcorn and water with lemon in it was a nice touch we appreciated as well! We will definitely stay again!"

"When we got in late on Wednesday night, our room was not available. Some BS story about not being cleaned. We had to drive around for hours looking for another place to stay and it cost $400 for one night.

"Overall stay was good. Housekeeping wasn’t bad but could have been better. Dirty along side furniture and corners underneath the desk. A stack of towels and a garbage bag was stacked on the desk along with an extra pillow but the dirty towels and trash was left. Everything else was good."

"This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town."

"Relatively clean with good location to airport, you could tell it was older but the price reflected it. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the pool was ok, again, older but in ok condition. "Front desk staff was great.
Cleaning crews did not touch the room over a 4 day span though.
Shower didn’t drain well.
No replacement towels were brought since no cleaning crews came.
You can tell the hotel allowed smoking at some point, there was a constant stench. Unworn clothes from the trip smell terrible because of this.
Checked the breakfast twice and no hot food was available. Maybe they’d ran out at that moment but I’m not sure they had it at all.
