"Or ac didn’t work, the ceiling was leaking water from the light fixture and we were on the second floor so God only knows what was going on in there. The curtains and bedding was stained in our room and our friends room. Their air worked slightly better than ours but not by much. We went outside to try and cool down and as soon as we step out the door I noticed that it looked like the entire ground was moving as millions of ants were crawling around their trash can and into the building. Honestly it was very hard to stay there."

"Booked a room with two queen beds, got a room with two full size beds. No hand soap in the room or bathroom, had to wash hands with shampoo. Shower curtain rod was so rusty, looked like it was about to fall down. The staff at the front counter when checking in was very nice"

"Very poor experience. Definitely not a place to go if you want a quiet stay. So many kids with parents that allow them to do whatever they want. Couldn’t use the pool because of this and the bar/lounge was the same. Kids abusing the pool table. Our room was definitely not soundproof. People above us (my guess is unsupervised kids) were stomping around so much the light fixtures rattled. Also in our room, one of the sprinklers covered with tape and the smoke detector covered in plastic plus the toilet leaked. We were so disappointed and dissatisfied that we didn’t even stay the night. The very apologetic gal at the desk offered us a 4th floor room with a whirlpool but by that point we were done. She said she’d have the manager contact us. Never heard a word. Did a survey and got an apologetic response and was told they would be contacting me too. Not a word from them either. Just wanted a refund is all. We were there only a few hours."
