"After having to leave our vrbo downtown because it was aweful most hotels were booked full. We found this one and when we got there shared our story with the front desk and head of housekeeping. They were so kind and all about making sure our new “home” for the next 3 days was up to par. They were so awesome and our stay was great!"

We were to pay at hotel so i dont see a problem. My phone does not show messages or calls from Expedia. They were fully booked so we had to quickly find a room elsewhere. I will not make a reservation here again."

"rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests."
