"This is the perfect hotel for a staycation and out of town guests! So cute, all rooms are suites which gives lots of room for comfort. Hotel valet, front desk and cleaning personnel were amazing!! They were always there to help if needed. Restaurants, night life, and great views of the Riverwalk are all walking distance. We will definitely recommend to people and be staying again!! "

"The location was perfect for the trip. We wanted to be close to the river and the parking was 40$ per day but had in and out privileges. Now the room was pretty much falling apart from decor hanging halfway out the way to the tub leaking and the toilet rocking when you sit on it. The patio door did not lock which was a problem for us having 2 small kids. They did have a really nice cafe downstairs and a bar/restaurant food was really good decent drinks and they were not over priced or anything."

"Loud noise in room in early morning hours. Elevator was slow and only 1 for 7 Floors. Parking rate of almost $60.00 a night with taxes, very upsetting. Will not be back."

"Started out real good nice place friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay and the fiesta parade but when we went upstairs our bedroom was extremely humid therefore the Linens were half damp. The thermostat I knocked it down to 62 it said it got 64 in there but I never quit sweating I keep it 71 at my house and have to find a blanket half the time. The beds are hard as a rock and there is absolutely no privacy in the room at all. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom to damper any noise so it was extremely uncomfortable for some. Then this morning when we got in the shower after fighting with it for 30 minutes to try to get it hot we finally took a little warmer than cold shower because it never got hot but the sink would burn your fingers. I can't say anything about the staff everyone I spoke to was extremely courteous and helpful you have an amazing staff but for a $250 nights stay I would expect far more than this especially since I could have gotten better at a Motel 6 or Comfort Inn. Aside from the location being right where we wanted to be and the staff being awesome not much good to say about the place."
