"Stayed during Fiesta. Big mistake. All floors & elevators were soaked in pool water because guests couldn’t be bothered to dry before leaving the pool area & staff were too indifferent to care. Toilet handle in restroom would stick. Restroom floor was disgustingly sticky. Beds were worn and not comfortable at all. Will definitely never stay at this property again. "

"When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!"

"This hotel is excellent, except for one thing. During our Christmas stay, the restaurant was closed. We assumed it was a temporary issue. However, when we returned for a weekend in May, the same problem persisted. If you rely on the restaurant as advertised, be prepared for disappointment, as it’s not always available. "

"Great location, hotel has some nicely renovated rooms and common areas. But it appears the attention to detail during the renovation was not a high priority. Simple misses, but several: Sink faucets positioned too far back of the basin making it difficult the wash your hands; the mirror in the bathroom (with 2 sinks) is not wide enough while using the sink to see yourself, without leaning in to the left or right; room amenities- only 1 tiny waste basket for a full size suite; 0 luggage stands, 0...

"The River View was excellent and we enjoyed the balcony. We were not told that we shared a balcony with 3 other rooms though. The bed was rather lunpy and hard. I told the front desk at checkout and she didn’t respond. We will be back if we are in San Antonio"

"Breakfast was great, wide selection from hot buffet to cereal, breads and pastries, fresh fruits and yogurts. Juices and coffees. Everything was fresh and wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked extremely well. Grocery store across the street. Would recommend this property to everyone looking for a great deal. Located within walking distance of restaurants, River walk and so much more!"
