A ceiling tile fell and woke us up as it sounded like a loud crash. Floors extremely dirty. "

"The hotel is beautiful and located right on the Riverwalk. While Valet is pricey, you can come and go. The two queen corner room was HUGE. Though, my highest compliments to the staff. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional and very put together. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini spring break getaway. "

"They cancelled my booking without a phone call or anything. So at 8:30 pm I had to go find another hotel. The only thing they offered me was they would call another of their hotels in the area to see if they had a room available. I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia to get my money back.
