"Clean rooms and friendly staff. La Fortuna is about a 30 min drive. The friendly (Giovanni and Louis) make the drive worth it. We were able to spot sloth from the facility (guess we were lucky). I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. "

"We stayed in a shipping container! It wasn't a real room. It was cold. They provided us with 2 noisy space heaters that didn't heat enough. Sheets and blankets felt itchy. We couldn't sleep much. Staff was nice. Location and view were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. I don't recommend to stay there if you are hoping for a nice comfortable stay. "

"Clean room, helpful staff. Room a biyt outdated but nice and spacious with everything you need. Pool was excellent as were the grounds. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Nothing fancy but very tasty and well cooked, good value for money. 25 mins from airport (12km), easy drive just a little traffic to consider"

Close enough to Blue Falls, which should be on everyone's list. Property is what you imagine living in the Jungle would be like. Hear the Monkeys in the morning. The river rushing through the property. Only negative was that me and some of my group wanted to do the zipline, canyoning experience and there was a miscommunication on how...

"The gentleman who was at the front desk walked out to the road. He asked for my be name and then took us to the gate and let us in. It's Costa Rica. We were WAY later than last call for check in. He took care of us. Nice little hotel. "
