"Had a very decent stay here. The noise we encountered was the very lively sea gulls who didn’t seem to ever stop. The parking is tricky but considering we were right in the hub of the action and could walk everywhere we needed to, it was not a problem in the end. "

"Our room was a suite (with balcony), and it was the nicest suite I have ever stayed at besides Toledo (Spain) and the most prestigious hotel suite in San Francisco, CA. It was 2.5 blocks easy walk to the Harbor and the Empress where we had high tea reservations. The staff (immigrants from Philippines and Wales) were highly professional, helpful, efficient, and wonderful! "The client services were excellent, staff attentive and extremely accommodating. Suite was well laid out, good use of space, and comfortable bed and bath. Enjoyed the calm quiet atmosphere. Would choose this hotel again. "

"Beautiful property. Our room had a view of the harbour. Although there was a shortage of wait staff, the staff were friendly hardworking and did their best to keep everyone happy. The inside and outside bar were favourite stops before bed after we explored all day. There is some smart technology on the toilets which is great ( we have one at home that is a step up but this was refreshing to see as more environmentally friendly). "

"Overall the hotel was very nice. Self parking and valet parking is available but very high priced. The facility is isolated being on a point near the water so there is limited parking anywhere in the area. Other than the parking issue the facility was a great place to stay."
