"I just needed a place to sleep because I had an early doctors appointment at Mt. Sinai.
Someone was smoking for several hours in the middle of the night. It was so bad it smelled like they were in my room.
The pillows were too soft. I had to put a bath towel underneath one to get any support for my neck.
I had no problems when I stayed for a night last year.
A/C was strong. Staff was great. Breakfast was good last year. I had to fast for a test this year."
