I rented a one bedroom luxury suite and there was a light bulb out by the bar. The pool was so dirty. We had to tell the life guard to clean the pool and it was still pretty dirty."

"Check in was so easy. Was middle of the night when got to hotel but staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plenty of variety."

"I did not like the fact of no having hand soap and bodywash dispensers in the bathroom. We were two adults and two kids. We just had two little soap bars. Also, we just had two big towers and four little ones, and when we asked for two more towers they gave more little towers instead."
