Our stay here was perfect. The Villa is absolutely beautiful, neat and tidy. The rooms are large, airy and well appointed. We loved the pool area with a fantastic view over the bay and of the islands. The bikes were a huge bonus, they made getting around so easy! Breakfast was excellent, we had a choice of fresh made meals everyday. And to top if off the staff were so lovely and helpful. We couldn't fault a single thing for our entire stay. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!!

SCAM!!!

I booked and PAYED the day before. When I arrived in the middle of the night there was a private party with Korean people eating, drinking and smoking at the lobby. They told me to go away and that the hotel was closed and booked only for them. No one at the reception to help. NO ONE WAS THERE. I had to leave after few minutes and book a last minute hotel to get a bed. Luckily the taxi driver wa sound enough to help me. After 24h no one replied my messages. I believe they MUST reimburse me but I am still waiting to talk to someone.

L’hôtel est très bien par lui même. Mais Tuan Chau est une ville de transit vers les croisières. Nous étions donc seuls dans cet hôtel et dans la ville ! Difficile de trouver à manger le soir. Il vaut mieux prendre un grab vers Halong. Mais sinon, belle chambre, belle terrasse et belle piscine le tout avec vue sur la baie.

청결하고 나름 아침식사도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 주변에 해변이 있는줄 알았는데 그리 놀만한곳은 못되는것 같군요...빌라자체에 풀장이 있어서 바다대신 이용했어요 ....전체적으로 편안하고 좋았습니다

Beautiful property on a lovely little island with easy access to Ha Long Bay. Free bikes to ride around the island, and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the marina. The service with Ms. Kim and Mr. Phoenix was outstanding!

Super noisy - could hear kids yelling and screaming one floor up and all the noise from the breakfast area one floor down. Doors offered no soundproofing whatsoever. Not clean - stained blankets and smelly pillows, stained toilet Super hard bed Spartan room - even the door that was supposed to separate the shower booth from the rest of the bathroom was missing, so taking a shower resulted in a wholly wet bathroom floor Area is still under development and there's nothing to do in the vicinity Only good thing - staff was friendly and helpful

Left after 3 hours and a cold meal!

We left after 3 hours. This place did not live up to the expectations we had based on the hotel description, at all! The atmosphere was dull and the vibe negligent and simply put - missing. When we questioned the missing facilities the excuse continued to be that there were a newly opened place. But why open a place when they are clearly not ready? The “restaurant” was non existent, what was there looked more like a canteen, and the smallest of it’s sort. Also, the room service took 1.5 hours and was cold and clearly not homemade, when it finally arrived. We’ve also added pictures of our “city view”. All in all, we would never recommend the place, rather advice to stay in one of the many other hotels in the area

Bon sejour personnels sympa et agreable. Le syte etant loin toute animation (basse saison) on nous pretes des velos. Super. La litterie est tres bonne car en 3 semaines de sejour nous avons eu des lits tres dures. Pour le petit déjeuné impeccable.

My stay at Kingly Villa was amazing! Ms. Kim and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and generous! The hotel is beautiful with clean rooms, nice size balconies with views of the sea. The breakfast is included and delicious! I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!
