"The room was very clean. Had all your basic amenities. Everything you’d need to feel comfortable during your stay. The staff is incredibly friendly & welcoming. They were helpful with any questions we had & recommending food & activities in the area. The animals on the property were an added bonus. "Cindy, the owner, was an excellent host. Very proactively engaged in our experience from the day we booked. The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. She also arranged activities for us, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and large, with an outside deck. The location is remote (which is the point of booking - for that tree canopy experience) and windy drive, so...

"The room we paid for was not the room we received. When I questioned this with the staff, they said there is nothing they can about it and said all the other rooms were booked. The room I paid was supposed to have a King size bed, fridge, and fan. The one I received had a double bed and no fan or fridge. The pool was not in service and it was empty. Parking was very stressful as there is a steep slope and minimal space to maneuver. The only good thing about the stay was the view and breakfast...
