"We booked 3 rooms for a family vacation with one room never having hot water for the entire 5 night stay even after having the maintenance staff look at the issue on the first day. The same room also had air conditioning issues with the unit only on full cold where control of the temperature was only achieved by turning off and on the system. We were never offered another room to move to which seemed like a viable option to the issues we encountered. The other 2 rooms had no issues. Also note that there are no dressers in any of the rooms or refridgerators or microwaves. "

"The hotel is conveniently located across from the Star Medica Hospital where I had an appointment. It is in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed was clean however the amenities were lacking. The bathroom leaked whenever we showered and wet the entire bathroom floor. The towels were worn and faded. We got a balcony but had no tables and chairs on it and our room (we paid for the upgraded room btw) had no couch and table as advertised and one single chair. Luckily we did not spend a lot of time in the room."

"All the restaurants in this hotel were amazing. The food did not lack for flavor. Would recommend to anyone. The room was clean. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The service in the hotel was fantastic. No one was ever rude to us. "

"The property had a great location. Everything was walkable or short uber/taxi ride. Staff was friendly, breakfast good. Floors in the room could use some polishing. No major complaints"
