"Our stay was amazing ! friendly staff, beautiful pools, and the grove was a great food and drink option. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a room that opened right onto the beach (we booked the room with a balcony) and it was incredible for soaking up sun during the day and relaxing at night. "

"The property was well kept. Most all rooms over look the pools and marina. It is a very comfortable and safe place. The on site restaurant had great food and drinks for the whole family. We will go back!!"

"Staff was pretty helpful, but felt like they were understaffed. More than once during our 6-night stay, there were no towels available at the pool and no water in the ice water dispensers. Part of the daily $30 hotel fee goes toward free shuttle service to downtown. This was a nightmare - way too many people trying to get on the shuttle on both ends - no organization as to whoever gets in line first being able to even get onto the shuttle, as many people just cut their way to the front of the...

"What I did not like that they charge money for checking in 1 hour before normal check in hours, having the room available. "

"The bathroom in room 8 does not have an exhaust fan so bathroom smells always go into the bedroom. Even though there is room for a couple of chairs in the bedroom, none are provided. The balcony light does not have a switch to turn it on. Parking is rarely available. Do not bring a car or rent one."

"Rented a two bedroom suite for my family. It was clean and perfect for a family stay. The room was clean, and the kids loved the pool. The regular shuttles to and from town and the airport were super convenient, and the resort comped Uber rides when the shuttle was full."

"It's a quick ride to downtown historic key west, and across the street from the large shopping spots, Publix, liquor store, circle k. All the chain restaurants are within a half mile. It's a retro feel old motolodge sensibility, nothing fancy, simple bar and restaurant, very nice staff doing their best. Beach and hammocks make for a relaxed atmosphere. "

"We had to rooms across the street at a home they own. We were only there for 1 night. Everything was great except maybe the very thin windows. It is an old house and I don’t think there is much they can do to make it better. The noise inside was like you had a window open all night. The roosters will wake you up in the middle of the night and so will any neighbors that come home at 2 am or leave at 7 am. Other than that everything was great.
