"Thank you for allowing me to stay!! The check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t use the amenities but seemed like there was a lot of stuff."
"This property have everything we need. While the breakfast is free, it could have better options bec a week of the same food gets old. Maybe add some hash browns, bacon on other days then pancakes instead of stale waffles every day. We loved that it is close to everything yet away from the chaos of the beach front. We feel secure and our valuables were all safe and intact. Glad we picked to stay here over at Lahaina/ Kaanapali side. The Polynesian hula dance concert shows at the Wailea shops were an added bonus. So we felt we didn’t miss out on HI culture even if the property had no entertainment or cultural experience to offer. "Very friendly staff. The room was average size, clean, and had a balcony with 2 chairs and a side table. It was well equipped with all the basics including blow dryer and iron. We also received some lavender infused face towels and refillable water bottles. They gave a refillable water station in the tower lobby which is very convenient. The room keys are bracelets which is more convenient than a card. They have an onsite restaurant which was good, The gym features Pelaton equipment and is very well equipped. It also has a pickle ball court. Overall, there is nothing lacking and we really enjoyed our stay!"
"Grounds were beautiful. Easy walk to beaches that were perfect for snorkeling and sandcastles. The pools were so much fun. We had a lovely time and our grandkids had a blast! The rooms with an ocean view were so worth it!"
"Great location and walking distance to beach. We were at 1st floor so we could hear footsteps loud from above. Kids were running above us so it was annoying. Amenities were excellent. It was really nice that they had all these beach equipment such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella, carrying wagon, and body surfboard. It was also great that they had a full size refrigerator, stovetops, utensils, and plenty of dishes & cups. We also enjoyed the clean swimming pool and hot tub and relaxing at balcony. Front desk coffee was very good. Shower pressure was great. It was a perfect size for five of us. I heard that they spray pesticide regularly but I did kill one big cockroach in the kitchen. Cleaning staff did an excellent job of tidying up the beds, empty trash cans, and change towels. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was great. Our family enjoyed the stay."
