Comfort Inn Baltimore East Towson
Check in was not pleasant. The worker informed me that they did not have a room with 2 beds like on my reservation. The only room had 1 king bed. When asked why, he hesitated then said a roof leak. Americana Condos 10th street
Room was clean. No utensils, dish soap, body wash, paper towels or toilet paper as stated. Charged 10 per day for each car. Only 1 spot available insight and other spots were 10 blocks away! Staff was rude and not accommodating at check in.

Global Luxury Suites Bethesda Chevy Chase
Both, the room was not suitable for a stay and staff was not accommodating. We had to go to another hotel. Please refund our money, this has created hardship amad this business trip.
