"We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. "

"This hotel provided a reasonably sized and comfortable room. The bathroom, although a bit small, was well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay of six days. I suspect it was coming from the shower curtain fabric or the sewer line. Additionally, the bathtowels were not made of cotton."

"This was my second stay at the corners over the Easter weekend. A lovely country inn in the middle of Kingsland. I use it as a base whilst visiting friends in the village. Clean and well maintained rooms, staff are friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast, made freshly and delicious. "

"The hotel is lacking in cleanliness, our room had thick layers of dust on the surfaces and the inside of the wardrobe was filthy, the plug chain to the sink was in 3 pieces placed next to the tap and the bathroom door did not shut properly. The windows could all do with a clean and there were cobwebs to many of them with insects trapped so obviously had been there sometime.The bedside cabinet was broken inside. "Everything and everyone at The Baiting House is almost perfect. The hot tub was clean and hot, the lodge was clean but too warm! The bed comfy and the facilities adequate. Could have done with a little more privacy around the hot tub. Some people were walking their dog off lead and it wasn’t controlled and worried our dog but other than that all was good. The food in the restaurant from breakfast to dinner was delicious. Could not have asked for better. Will be returning as soon as possible! "

"A very bliss visit was so nice being away from big towns and citys. The dingle den is very cozy, Jo the host is an amazing lady and willing to help with anything you may need. I spent 13 days here and it is very peacful you wont see a single person unless you want to head to the local pub/resturant that does very good food and has a nice chilled vibe. Will be staying again in the summer "

"The photos of this property are completely misleading, as in reality it is very very different! The room was small, nowhere to put anything, the en-suite was tatty with broken shelf over sink, dirty mirror and a shower that was pretty poor! The room was cold & uninviting! Other parts of the property were full of clutter & just looked uncared for and needs a complete overhaul. I can’t believe we paid good money to stay here!! "

"Very nice cottage with beautiful gardens. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The owner provided tea, coffee and milk, which was a very nice touch as we arrived very late. Would definitely stay again."
