"Staff was almost non-existent. Booked through Expedia with my service animal, the day i checked out I was confronted at 10:00 saying I would have to pay a pet deposit and cleaning fee for each day. I explained my animal is medically certified and was not a violation. I was forced to pull up and display my service animal certificates and reluctantly they waived any extra charges, but then at 10:30 there was a knock at the door with the man saying "times up, get out!" I've never been treated so rudely and with disreagard for my service animal and my comfort and safety. I will never stay here again and warn anyone considering a stay here be prepared to be treated rudely and to be kicked out at least 30 minutes before official checkout time. Save your money, although the price was affordable, no discount will make up for the horrible way you'll be treated. "
