"We really enjoyed our stay at the Classic Ma May. It is a lovely hotel in a great location in the old quarter. Our room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and included a variety of foods including fresh fruit and an egg station. We had dinner two nights at the hotel after long travel/ tour days - both meals were really tasty. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and lovely for an early evening drink. All the staff are very attentive friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Hang...

"I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hanoi. The hotel is very clean and the overall environment was very comfortable. The staff were excellent as the service they provided was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel had a lovely view and had great amenities. The hotel is also connected to a department store so it was very convenient to go to for any daily or essential needs. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi as it is a great location. "Characterful hotel. Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Staff were lovely. Enjoyed rooftop pool. Could do with a bit of a clean up/ maintenance around spa area. Steam room handle is all decayed and coming apart leaving pieces of mouldy wood everywhere. Flickering light by pool. Pool fountain not working. "
