Nothing was too much trouble, and their friendliness, professionalism and genuine care made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful — stylish, comfortable and in a fantastic location for exploring Hanoi. Everything was just perfect, and the attention to detail really stood out. "Staff went beyond duty to make ur stay luxurious and comfortable. Good choices for buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious and location is super central to everything. Night market, beer garden is right at the door but cant hear noise in the room. Loved it. Has a sister hotel (indochin Le major) 2 mins away which has amazing spa."
