"This was our 10th Visit to the Milky Bay Hotel, and to our total surprise, the resort underwent a major renovation since we last stayed there, and it is absolutely beautiful!! We had a stunning room, and the staff that's become like family treated us like royalty. Well done on the superb renovation, and the Resort will remain one of our favourite places to go to!! "I checked in a bit late, got the key, drop my luggage and went out for diner and drink.
When I came back for sleeping I realized that the water in the bathroom was dripping and shower head was broken.
The morning after, I asked the lobby to fix those 2 problems, they did it and had a quiet night.
All of this to mention, the maintenance of the place is not very good, but when you ask them to repair stuff they will do it. I believe bad management but if you push people a bit they will do the...
"We had a big and beautifull room with a big and comfy bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a big enclosed shower, great for not showeing the hole bathroom and everything in it while taking a shower.
Our room was on the 3 floor so we had a nice view over the pool with palm trees.
We did not use the pool that much. It is a tiny pool with only 4 sunbeds so you have to be early to get a spot. But its only 10 min walking to the beach.

"The hotel is beautiful. The pool looking onto the beach is stunning. Reception staff are super friendly. Not great for solo travellers if you want a really social vibe and to meet people with activities etc, there is one dorm. The hotel hosts large groups of young travellers. Its sometimes feels like they take over the hotel. They have BBQs, quizzes, parties etc and the rest of the hotel is excluded.
