"Lady on reception was lovely and friendly. Such an interesting old building, obviously not immaculate as it is not modern, but full of character and so comfortable. Easy walking distance to town and the cathedral but still nice and quiet area. "

"Great check-in, easy free parking, welcoming and efficient check-in staff. Great first impressions of hotel, modern and clean.
Room was nice, modern, comfy, clean, but bathroom needed some TLC - broken toilet flush button, missing towel rail on wall and broken towel hanger in shower. Let the room down.
Overall though a good hotel in a convenient location for Wiltshire."
