"Stayed at the Borgata to attend a comedy show at Harrah’s. Resort was clean and staff were helpful. Ate at the steakhouse. Service was great, portions are large and was seated right away. Rooms are updated but very dark. Rooms are not set up to charge phones on both sides of the bed. I would stay again at this hotel."

"We had a regular room with the double beds but had to upgrade to the one bedroom suite and it was beautiful. The view and the room was excellent. I would definitely stay again"

"Room was outdated, rugs were dirty and had lots of stains. Bathroom walls had wallpaper that was tearing apart. Towels were old and had holes in them. The bar on the second floor was never open. Has a restaurant called Tun, food was 0/10, not able to eat at all. For us has been the worst experience."

"We like the hotels quick food options, plenty of slots and game tables to accommodate many people. Room was clean, comfortable bed, cleaning service was great and friendly. We love the location of the hotel/casino. Very convenient to get to all of the other hotels. The beach was clean and I liked that they had places to put trash right nearby. "Check in is at 4pm which felt a bit late. Called the morning of to see if I could get early check in. They said yes, the room was currently being cleaned and would be ready at 1-2:30. Got there at 2:40 and they said the previous guest had just left our room, so clearly they hadn’t been cleaning for 3 hours. Then suddenly they said the room was cleaned after 10 minutes. It looked okay upon entering but after sleeping in the bed we noticed visible stains on the sheets (red and yellow). The parking...

"The room was clean. The property needs upgrades. There was burn holes in the sheets. Outside the property was alarming. There was a horrid smell of urine and lots of homeless people. Prostitution right outside. But it is 1 block from the beach."

"MGM Tower is an excellent hotel. Great staff. Lovely view of the city. Good food. (-) Found mold on the ceiling of the shower. (+) Everything else was excellent, otherwise. I was comped free valet parking because of the issue in the bathroom. Will stay again."

"Guys, fix the elevators. One is out and it causes waits at the elevators, since they're already so slow. We waited at one point15 minutes for an elevator to go back to our room. Other than that it's an old hotel it's a little worn and everything was I'd say about three star clean maybe four. Totally acceptable for a a family, we normally stay at high end places so for the average person I bet this is a five-star. The rate made up for any lack of anything. Very affordable and great for families."

"no beach view, but a great view of the tops of the other buildings; check in was great, early and fast; clean up staff didn't enter my room once, even when i asked them to, and i had to ask for more shampoo n such; i called the front desk because water from what i guess was the air conditioner poured out of the ceiling three times, no one came to check it out; the elevators were a mfn nightmare, especially as i was trying to check out; the lobby staff and valet staff were very nice"

"Very outdated. Room wasn’t cleaned. My room had dirty socks in the closet, hair on the shower walls, dirty bed skirt. Tv was off the wall and just sitting on the table & the mini fridge was mildew-ish. Oh let’s not forget the bed. Very uncomfortable very much old,and had a dent inside."

The waterpark that is pictured as the main picture is not even located at this property nor included in your stay! We found out after calling Cozy Suites within an hour of booking just to let them know we would be checking in late & while on the phone I asked what time the pool/water park opens & closes & they stated they do not have a pool.
